The Program Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the program. The Program Manager is the liaison to the residents, the community, potential families, current families, the Community Builders (CBs), the Board of Directors, and all the committees within the organization.  She supervises the CBs and oversees the programming. She also works directly with ICW residents as she plans ICW programming and teaches classes.
