Becoming a Member
ICW encourages adults with disabilities, allowing them to live more independently and have a wide range of opportunities for social and community interaction. ICW enhances the quality of life through meaningful social interactions and community engagement.
Membership Levels
Residential Full Membership:
These ICW Members live independently in one of the communities where our ICW Community Builders reside. They participate fully in all ICW activities they care to attend, including hosting Monday Night Gatherings at their residences. Some transportation may be provided by Community Builders; however, families/staff provide most transportation.
Non-Residential Full Membership*:
These ICW Members must reside within 5 miles/10 minutes of the communities where our ICW Community Builders reside. They attend and take a turn hosting Monday Night Gatherings at their residences. Families/staff must provide all transportation and remain in attendance with their loved one.
Introductory Social Membership*:
These ICW Members participate in some of our ICW events, whether in-person and/or on zoom. Their families/staff must provide all transportation and remain in attendance with their loved one. If someone with an Introductory Social Member transitions to a Residential or Non-Residential Full Membership, the donations made can be transferred.
